Thank you for choosing POAPin (the “App”), developed and provided by Glory Lab, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Analytics Data. The App integrates Google Analytics to collect limited, anonymized usage data (such as device type, operating-system version, language, region, and in-app actions) solely for statistical and product-improvement purposes. Google Analytics assigns a randomized identifier to measure events; we do not receive or store any personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or precise device identifiers.
Our processing of analytics data is based on our legitimate interest in understanding App performance and enhancing user experience. Where required by law, we will request your consent before enabling analytics.
We do not sell or rent any information. Aggregated analytics data is processed by Google LLC under the Google Analytics Data Processing Terms. Google acts as our processor and cannot use the data for its own purposes.
Analytics events are retained for up to 14 months (the shortest period Google Analytics currently allows) and are automatically deleted thereafter.

You can exercise these rights by contacting us (see Section 9). To opt-out of Google Analytics entirely, you may enable “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android, or adjust in-app privacy settings if provided.
We follow industry-standard practices to protect analytics data, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls limiting data to authorized personnel.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under the age defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
